SECTION X: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE AND REGULATORY TRANSPARENCY
X.1 Assistive & Generative AI Usage: Agency may utilize artificial intelligence tools, machine learning software, and generative technologies ("AI Tools") in the research, drafting, conceptualization, image generation, and production of Client deliverables.
X.2 Regulatory Transparency & Article 50 Compliance: Where Deliverables incorporate synthetic media, AI-generated visual models, synthetic voiceovers, or AI-assisted copy subject to statutory disclosure obligations under the EU AI Act (Article 50) or equivalent local advertising standards, Agency agrees to:
(a) Evaluate each campaign asset through a versioned compliance rules engine prior to public deployment;
(b) Provide Client with recommended disclosure language and placement guidelines;
(c) Maintain a timestamped digital audit log certificate verifying due diligence.
X.3 Client Final Approval: Client retains sole editorial discretion regarding the final public deployment and distribution of Deliverables. Client agrees that where Agency provides mandatory AI disclosure guidelines, Client shall not remove or suppress required transparency labels upon publication without written consent.Generate Timestamped Certificates for Clients
